Talent Development Specialist

Kendall joined SFW Partners, LLC Talent Development Team in 2023. Early in her career, Kendall served as a business analyst for both the finance and mortgage industries, but realized her true passion was to help develop the talents of others. She traded industries and moved into Organizational Development where she applies her love of organization and structure with her skills for coaching and elevating talents in the workplace.

Kendall’s responsibilities include managing training programs, learning portal oversight, and supporting our emerging leaders in their career development. She also enjoys facilitating and creating training content that engages students and encourages positive mindset shifts.

Kendall graduated with a Master’s degree in Education and Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
