Kelly Lawson

Talent Development Program Coordinator

Kelly joined SFW Partners, LLC in 2022 as the Talent Development Program Coordinator. Her responsibilities include supporting recruitment, managing new hire onboarding and orientation, and other program development. Prior to SFW, Kelly has had experience in various industries, including K-12 education, administering technology systems, as well as learning and development.

Kelly graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Kansas.
